Fees & Rebates
Individual psychology sessions/consultations are $261 (50-60 minutes; in-person or telehealth). No referral required.
However, if you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan (commonly referred to as a Mental Health Care Plan) and referral letter from your GP, you can claim Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year of $149.05 (from 1 July 2026) per session, which means the gap cost is $111.95 per session (i.e. $261 session fee paid minus the $149.05 rebate you receive back from Medicare). The full $261 fee is paid on the day of your session and then the rebate will be automatically processed for you, and deposited to you by Medicare usually within 24 hours.
Alternatively you may be eligible to claim a rebate from your Private Health Insurance provider yourself – please contact your insurance provider to enquire, and then lodge your own rebate claim.
Fees for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Cancellation fees are applied in line with current NDIS guidelines
Email reminders for appointments are sent approximately 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, however, it is your responsibility to take note of your appointment time. It is understandable life can be unpredictable and occasionally you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible, with more than 48 hours notice before your session. You can do this by phone or email and can also leave a voice message. This timeframe allows for someone else to be booked in who might be waiting for much needed services. In the event of a late cancellation or rescheduling (less than 48 hours), or a missed appointment, a late cancellation fee of $100 will be applied. Please note that the above Medicare or private health insurance rebates cannot be claimed for this fee. Thank you for your understanding.
